This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic practitioner who is passionate about delivering high‑quality teaching and helping every child achieve their full potential.About the RoleWe are looking to appoint a new teacher into our KS1 team from September. We want to appoint a passionate, reflective and inspiring teacher who has a good understanding of building upon the strong foundations from EYFS and using these to support children's learning through KS1. As a Teacher, you will deliver high‑quality teaching and learning in line with the Teachers’ Standards.Your key responsibilities will include:Planning, preparing and teaching engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ individual needsLeading by example to secure high standards of behaviour, motivation and achievementMonitoring and assessing pupil progress, using data to inform planning and target‑settingReporting to parents and contributing to school improvement processesCreating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environmentWorking collaboratively with support staff and colleagues across the schoolContributing to performance management, training, and whole‑school initiativesUpholding school values, behaviour expectations and community ethosWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled teacher who can bring positivity, professionalism and a strong commitment to children’s learning.Essential attributes include:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT working towards their QTSRecent successful teaching experience in EYFS or KS1Strong behaviour management skills and understanding of high‑quality teaching and learningAbility to teach pupils of all abilities and use ICT effectively in lessonsExcellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practiceAbility to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider communityDesirable attributes include:Experience leading a curriculum areaExcellent ICT skills and ability to contribute to policy developmentExperience teaching across multiple primary key stagesAbility to organise extra‑curricular activitiesWhy Join Us?You’ll become part of a supportive, forward‑thinking school team that values collaboration, creativity and shared success.
