Reporting to the Retreat Operations & Special Events Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team of Personal Trainers and Gym Attendants, delivering exceptional fitness experiences and driving performance across our gym facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in personal training and group exercise, and a genuine passion for health and wellbeing.
