    A bit about what you will be doing:The Head of Restaurant Marketing
    plays a vital coordinating and leadership role within the marketing team,
    ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of activations, out of restaurant
    activity and business development across The Evolv Collection. You will support
    and guide the Marketing Managers day-to-day, ensuring consistency, high
    standards, and strong alignment with the marketing strategy set by the Head of
    Marketing.

    This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, helping to
    translate strategy into clear, actionable plans across the restaurants. You
    will ensure campaigns are rolled out effectively, support the development of
    team capability, and champion best practice across the portfolio. The Head of
    Restaurant Marketing acts as a key point of connection within the
    department—strengthening communication, maintaining workflow, and supporting
    excellence across all marketing activity and business development. You will act
    as a strategic partner to the group, ensuring brand integrity, exceptional
    campaign delivery, and alignment with The Evolv Collection’s 2028 Vision and
    Strategic Priorities. 
    Key
    Responsibilities:Support the Head of Marketing in delivering
    group-wide marketing plans and priorities 
    Help to create and translate the overarching
    marketing strategy into clear actionable activations across the
    restaurants  Create a calendar of unique activations across
    each restaurant, demonstrating best in class events and activity across the
    estate as well as group-wide promotions such as the Evolv Restaurant
    Festival  Identify and nurture key third party and BID
    contacts for each restaurant to support the business development and local
    marketing needs of the restaurant such as Battersesa Power Station and Regent
    Street Seak out and develop key lifestyle partnerships
    for the group such as Adoreum  Ensure we are aware of every local area event
    and activation for potential involvement e.g. Saville Row Concours Work closely with the operations team in
    creating a full calendar of out of restaurant events, ensuring all events are
    on brand and of the highest standard Support in the execution and marketing of all
    out of restaurant activity and external events such as Polo in The Park and
    Silverstone Along with the Head of Marketing, manage all
    third-party drinks partnerships, maximising all relationships and ensuring
    there is a correct alignment of activations with brands across the estate  Instruct and direct the Marketing Managers on
    all individual restaurant marketing and focuses 
    Provide support, guidance, and quality oversight
    during campaign planning and rollout Ensure all restaurants maintain brand
    consistency in the creation assets including menus, POS materials, and
    collateral Support the promotion and continued development
    of the Evolv loyalty app and Bluebird Membership Club 
    Key Requirements:
    Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant
    marketing Excellent organisation and communication
    skills  Previous team management experience is
    essential  A thorough understanding of the UK restaurant
    scene A well connected and established individual
    within the industry Experience dealing with senior team members such
    as C-suite and directors  Extensive experience in local marketing and
    business development  Comfortable working in a fast-paced
    environment with a keen eye for detail  A team player and a proactive problem solver Ability to work evenings and weekends at
    events where required  Professional and presentable at all times

    A Bit About What You Will Be Doing:The Digital Platforms Executive is a hands-on role within the digital marketing team, responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery, and optimisation of the group’s core digital platforms. This role focuses on execution. You will ensure our app, listings, Wi-Fi, and online shop are accurate, functional, and performing as intended. Working to agreed priorities, you’ll support marketing activity by enabling campaigns across platforms, surfacing opportunities for improvement, and keeping our digital infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll bring ideas forward, stay up to date with platform developments and industry trends, and help the wider team make the most of the tools available, without owning overall strategy, budgets, or commercial targets. 
    Key Responsibilities:Evolv Rewards App & Platform Delivery Manage the day-to-day operation of the Evolv Rewards app Act as the primary liaison with the app development agency (TLC) Support agreed initiatives to drive app sign-ups through platform enablement Produce and share the Daily VIP and Members Report with relevant stakeholders Coordinate app releases, fixes, and ongoing improvements Support and manage integrations including OpenTable, Quadranet, and concierge functionality Ensure platforms are stable, functional, and kept up to date Platform optimisation and innovation Identify opportunities to improve how the app and digital platforms are used Stay up to date with platform features, updates, and relevant industry trends Proactively recommend ideas to enhance platform usage and guest engagement Support marketing activity by enabling agreed campaigns across platforms  Listings, Wi-Fi, & Third-party Platforms Own the day-to-day management of third-party listings and platforms Manage Uberall and ensure listing accuracy, consistency, and optimisation Set up and maintain DesignMyNight listings where required Manage Tonic Tickets from a platform and setup perspective Own and manage the Wi-Fi platform, ensuring data feeds correctly and setups are consistent across sites  Online Shop Manage the online gift shop CMS Upload and maintain products and content Set up discount codes and basic promotions as required Ensure information is accurate and kept up to date Reporting and coordination Produce regular reporting on platform performance (downloads, usage, engagement, revenue where applicable)  Surface Issues, Risks & Opportunities to the Digital Team Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery Support concierge and membership-related platform functionality where required  Key Requirements:Core understanding of app development  Understanding of all integrated products  Experience in managing external teams and third-party suppliers Experience in project managing including an ability to prioritise requests  Ability to communicate effectively with key stake holders  A team player with the ability to work in a face paced environment  A keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality technology  Experience in customer relations and engagement  A solid understanding of app or digital platform development and delivery Experience working with integrated platforms and third-party tools Experience managing external agencies and technology partners Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and requests Clear and confident communication skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset Interest in hospitality, digital platforms, and improving guest experience

    reservations strategy across The Evolv Collection, overseeing a high-performing
    team and ensuring the seamless execution of the guest booking journey across
    all venues. This role is both strategic and operational, with a focus on driving
    performance through data-led decisions, optimising systems and processes, and
    fostering strong internal and external partnerships. To play a key role in
    revenue generation, capacity management, and guest satisfaction, reporting
    directly to the Director of Sales and working closely with senior leadership
    across the business. 
    You will be the custodian of your restaurant’s brand,
    heritage, and guest experience ensuring alignment with The Evolv Collection’s
    2028 Vision and Strategic Priorities.
    Key Responsibilities:Reservations OperationsOversee the daily operation of the group
    reservations team, ensuring all enquiries and bookings are handled accurately,
    promptly and professionally.Support venues with effective table management,
    guest flow and booking controls.Act as escalation point for complex bookings,
    VIP guests and sensitive guest issues.Ensure service standards are consistently
    applied across all reservation touchpoints.
    Team
    Management & SupportManage, coach and support Reservations Agents
    and Supervisors, ensuring clear expectations and consistent performance.Deliver regular feedback, performance check-ins
    and support development plans.Ensure effective rota planning, absence
    management and team cover.Support recruitment and onboarding of new team
    members.
    Systems & Data ManagementMaintain and manage reservation platforms (e.g.
    SevenRooms, OpenTable) across all venues.Ensure system settings, floor plans, tags and
    booking rules are accurate and kept up to date.Support venues with system training and
    troubleshooting.Produce regular reports on covers, no-shows,
    booking trends and guest feedback.
    Performance
    & Process ImprovementMonitor booking patterns, waitlists,
    cancellations and no-show rates, suggesting practical improvements to venues
    and Sales & Events.Support initiatives to improve conversion, guest
    satisfaction and capacity utilisation.Maintain and improve standard operating
    procedures for reservations processes.Support consistency of guest data capture and
    notes to improve personalisation.
    Cross-Functional WorkingWork closely with Sales & Events to manage
    group bookings and handovers to venues.Liaise with GMs and FOH teams to align booking
    strategy with service capacity and event activity.Support Marketing with booking links, promotions
    and guest communications where required.
    New
    Openings & Projects (Support Role)Support reservations setup for new venue
    openings or re-launches, including system builds and team training.Contribute to system upgrades or process changes
    led by senior management or external suppliers.Provide operational input into guest journey
    improvements.
    Compliance & Guest DataEnsure GDPR compliance in guest data handling
    and system usage.Maintain high standards of data accuracy and
    confidentiality.Ensure team understanding of data protection and
    privacy expectations.
