    The Role
    You will take full responsibility for a Year 1 class. Plan clear, well sequenced lessons across phonics, early writing and maths. Build strong routines and language rich interactions. Use assessment to identify gaps and run short, targeted interventions. Set purposeful homework and communicate regularly with families. Contribute to year group planning and moderation. Safeguard pupils and keep accurate records.
