    Regional Contract Manager Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role Dwelling Doctors is seeking an experienced operational leader to take ownership of the Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council contract and support the delivery of a growing regional portfolio. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational performance, managing client relationships and leading teams across planning, administration and field operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and capable of using data and operational insight to drive decision-making, improve performance and deliver exceptional outcomes. We are looking for someone who can see beyond the numbers. Someone who can analyse data, identify trends, understand the root causes of operational challenges and take decisive action to improve efficiency, workflow and service delivery. Equally important is the ability to lead people effectively, creating a culture that balances accountability, engagement and high morale. What You'll Be Responsible For Taking full operational ownership of the Rotherham contract and wider regional operations. Leading planning, administration and field-based teams to deliver high levels of service and performance. Using data, reporting and operational insight to identify trends, solve problems and drive continuous improvement. Managing workflow, scheduling, resource allocation and backlog reduction to ensure efficient contract delivery. Building strong relationships with clients and acting as the senior operational point of contact.
