This role is ideal for someone with a strong maintenance background who enjoys leading teams, delivering high standards of workmanship, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. About the Role As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Maintenance Operatives carrying out mould treatments, painting, minor repairs, and associated works related to condensation control and mould prevention within residential and social housing properties. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed to company standards, supporting and mentoring team members, liaising with residents and clients, and maintaining productivity across multiple projects. You will work both independently and alongside your team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality property improvements. About the Role The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Operative is to enhance property conditions and overall quality by carrying out mould treatments, painting, and minor repairs associated with condensation control and mould growth. A key part of this role is conducting on-site property inspections, identifying underlying issues related to damp, condensation, and ventilation, and reporting findings accurately to support effective remedial actions. You will work both independently and as part of a team, supporting our social housing clients and contributing to healthier living environments for residents.
