    special requests from guests, including preferences for therapists and

    Previous
    experience in a Spa - at least 3 years, as a beauty therapist performing a wide
    range of treatmentsQualifications- ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or

    including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments.Knowledge of treatments, contra-indications and skincare retail sales is

    What you’ll do



    As a Night
    Valet Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our
    guests:




    You
    will be responsible for collecting, and processing the Guest Laundry,
    Dry Cleaning, Pressing and Employees Uniforms to ensure our guests and
    employees receive nothing but the best experience.Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of
    their ultimate reasonability, to create lifelong memories for our guests.  Our Night Valets provide shoeshine service to our
    guests using high quality productsOur Night Valets are responsible for seamless
    service, attention to details, packing and unpacking, quality checking of
    garments, room moves and being flexible during their shift. This will include
    washing face clothes, rags for Housekeeping and employee uniforms.Sometimes our guests have special requests; this
    involves special set-ups for guest rooms, Valet storage items to be delivered
    or to be placed back after guest has left the hotel.Our Night Valets must communicate with other
    departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains. Our
    Night Valet will directly report to the Night Duty ManagersYou’ll also show flexibility and creativity in
    dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during
    the nightOur Night Valet will hand over to the morning shift
    and will receive hand over from the evening shift alsoOur Night Valet to carry out specific Housekeeping
    requests and task as and when required ( delivery of housekeeping items,
    cleaning rooms or public areas) during the night

    different types of laundry items in the right place and return them to guests

    You'll
    have experience working in boutique hotels, delivering unique, tailored
    and personalised experiences to guests including butler services and
    concierge, therefore you will have the ultimate London knowledge and well
    established relationships that will offer our guests the very best of what
    should have their notice.

    also act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure
    seamless experience.
