As PM Shift Manager, you’ll oversee the late shift operations, ensuring smooth handover from the AM team, efficient resource allocation, and compliance with company standards.     Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and supervisor the PM shift team, including drivers and warehouse operatives, to achieve service targets and KPIs.Oversee end-of-day operations, including collections, vehicle returns, unloading, reconciliation of non-deliveries, and depot organisation.Conduct driver debriefs, ensuring accurate reporting of issues and completion of handheld terminal (HHT) reconciliation.Monitor compliance with health & safety, driver hours regulations, and company policies.Handle escalations and problem-solving for delivery issues, route disruptions, and customer queries during the shift.Maintain accurate shift reporting, including performance metrics and incident logs.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of drivers and operational staff.Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and customer service standards.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless handover between shifts.
