Client Support Administrator

Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 10-hour shifts

We are looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our team at Mercer & Hughes Veterinary Surgeons in Saffron Walden.

As a Client Support Administrator , you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the practice and ensuring our clients receive a friendly, professional and compassionate service.
This is a varied role that will include supporting with general administration, client communication, appointment-related tasks and the day-to-day organisation of the practice. You'll work closely with the wider team to ensure our clients and their pets receive a positive experience throughout their time with us.
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident communicating with clients , with excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Previous experience in a veterinary or customer-facing environment would be beneficial, but we're happy to consider candidates with the right skills, attitude and willingness to learn.
This is a rotating role across multiple branches , so flexibility is essential. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable , as travel between branches will be required.
