    The business;

    The group are a leading water solutions innovator, operating globally, however you will be working for one of its key brands, who are set up similar to a consultancy business and are experts in electronics, physics, mechanics and software. The electronics team within the business are a small close-knit team looking for another senior member to help lead the way.

    The business drive a forward thinking, collaborative environment where they want their team to be inquisitive and curious about how to come up with solutions. If you have always been pigeonholed within your previous roles and want to continue to be so, then this company won't be right for you!     The role;

    You will be the senior member of the engineering team, focusing on electronics. You will be responsible for analog design, PCB layout as well as all the hardware aspect of power electronics and power management systems. This role will be office based, but does involve regular touch points with customers, virtually and in person! So being happy to be customer facing is important within this position.

    We're looking for an experienced quality manager to be the quality lead for various Motorsport / Defence / Aerospace OEMs for my client based in Milton Keynes. You'll be working closely alongside the head of production to lead the quality department.

    You'll be part of a new senior leadership team and be involved with delivering on the high quality standards expected from customers including formula 1 teams.

    In this role you will be leading a team of 3 quality engineers and a quality supervisor, will have indirect reports underneath the supervisor.

    We need someone with that shop floor experience that has risen up the ranks through quality departments. We're happy to consider someone without management experience as you'll be hands on still and leading a small team. You'll need to be familiar with quality systems and quality tools such as root cause analysis, 8D, 5 Why etc......

    Communication is a big part of this role, you'll need to be confident with speaking to your direct team, other internal teams/managers and customers.

    The business is performing as strong as ever and are expanding further into new sectors, the pipeline of work is as strong as ever so you'll be joining the team at an exciting time.

    You'll be working out of a specially kitted out manufacturing workshop, one that you would be proud to call work, which is conveniently located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. The senior management team are a very hard working and dedicated group, so someone who shares that approach will no doubt thrive in this company.
