    Job Description Summary: The EURO 2028 Sponsorship PMO Manager is responsible for the planning, governance, coordination, and execution oversight of UEFA EURO 2028 tournament programme.The role serves as the central integration point across Marketing, Commercial, Customer, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Bottling Partners, Creative Agencies, and stakeholders to ensure all sponsorship rights, activations, and commercial initiatives are delivered successfully and maximise business impact.The PMO Manager will establish programme governance, manage risks and dependencies, monitor performance, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure we deliver a world-class event across all UEFA EURO 2028 host markets.What You'll DoProgramme Management & GovernanceEstablish and maintain governance frameworks for all EURO 2028 activation programmes.Develop and manage the integrated sponsorship programme plan.Coordinate delivery across marketing, commercial, digital, experiential and customer activation workstreams.Lead programme tracking against milestones, budgets, key deliverables and strategic objectives.Facilitate steering committees, leadership reviews and executive reporting processes.Ensure alignment between Coca-Cola, bottling partners, agencies and UEFA stakeholders.Sponsorship Activation DeliveryOversee execution readiness for all EURO 2028 activation initiatives.Coordinate planning and delivery of fan engagement, experiential marketing, hospitality and venue activation programmes.Ensure fulfilment of sponsorship rights, obligations and contractual commitments.Track activation schedules across host markets and delivery teams.Support development and implementation of tournament-time operating models.Stakeholder & Partner ManagementAct as the primary PMO coordination point across internal and external stakeholders.Build strong relationships with UEFA teams, host market organisations, bottling partners, agencies and service providers.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and accelerate decision making.Coordinate programme communications and stakeholder engagement activities.Financial & Performance ManagementSupport management of sponsorship activation budgets and investment tracking.Monitor programme performance against agreed KPIs and objectives.Produce executive dashboards and performance reports.Track ROI measurement activities and post-event evaluations.Support forecasting, financial governance and reporting requirements.Risk & Issue ManagementMaintain programme-wide risk and issue registers.Identify activation, operational, financial and reputational risks.Coordinate mitigation plans across functions and markets.Manage programme dependencies and escalation processes.Ensure contingency planning is in place for critical activation activities.Agency & Vendor GovernanceCoordinate governance with creative, experiential, production and media agencies.Monitor agency deliverables against agreed timelines and objectives.Support procurement and contracting processes where required.Ensure vendor performance standards are achieved.Tournament ReadinessCoordinate activation readiness reviews and milestone assessments.Ensure teams are prepared for tournament delivery phases.Support event-time command centre reporting and issue management.Lead lessons learned and post-tournament evaluation activities.Qualifications & ExperienceEssentialBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related field.Significant experience in PMO, programme management or large-scale project delivery.Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programmes.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience managing budgets, risks and executive reporting.Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools proficiency.Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.PreferredExperience within sports sponsorship, consumer marketing or major events.Experience working with global brands and agency ecosystems.Experience delivering international sporting tournament activations.Knowledge of sponsorship rights management and activation planning.Key CompetenciesSponsorship Programme ManagementMarketing Activation DeliveryStakeholder ManagementCommercial PlanningGovernance & ReportingRisk ManagementBudget ManagementCross-Functional LeadershipAgency ManagementEvent Readiness & ExecutionExecutive CommunicationProblem SolvingSkills:Location(s):United KingdomCity/Cities:LondonTravel Required:00% - 25%Relocation Provided:NoJob Posting End Date:August 27, 2026Our Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
