This is a key role, responsible for overseeing multiple gangs across several sites, driving safety culture, managing resources, and supporting the Operations Manager with the planning and delivery of current and future works.Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…Overseeing daily site operations across multiple work fronts, coordinating labour, plant, and materialsLeading and supporting teams to deliver high-quality mains renewal works safely and efficientlyDriving a strong health and safety culture, ensuring full compliance with client, company, and legislative requirementsManaging site documentation including RAMS, ITPs, lift plans, temporary works, and site diariesLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain progress and resolve site issuesSupporting commercial activities, including early warnings, variations, progress reporting, and cost controlMonitoring quality, managing non-conformances, and ensuring works meet specification and NRSWA requirementsWe would love to hear from you if…You are an experienced Senior Foreman with a strong background in clean water works, ideally mains renewal. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential, along with relevant qualifications including CSCS, SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor, First Aid, Water Hygiene, and Service Avoidance.A solid understanding of NEC3 contracts, strong knowledge of health and safety and quality standards, and proven line management experience are essential.
