You will hold a full, valid manual UK driving licence and relevant site-based qualifications including Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA), SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, Water Hygiene, Service Avoidance, and First Aid.Experience managing people and subcontractors is essential, along with a good level of commercial awareness and an understanding of cost, productivity, and programme management. Confidence in liaising with customers, clients, and internal and external stakeholders is also important.A good working knowledge of CDM regulations and safe systems of work is required. You will be comfortable using digital tools, including Microsoft Office applications and smartphone-based site systems, to support day-to-day reporting and coordination. Strong communication and coaching skills, excellent planning ability, and the confidence to make decisions in demanding environments will support success in this role.A proactive, solution-focused approach is key, with the ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and motivate teams to achieve common goals while maintaining high standards of safety.
