    Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor £40,000 - £45,000 Dundee We are innovative! That's why we need people like you to help us. People who enjoy finding new ways to solve problems and get things done. We're looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team supporting our Scottish Water contract. This is an excellent opportunity to use your expertise in a hands-on role, partnering with operational teams to promote safe working practices, support colleague wellbeing and drive continuous improvement across a key water sector contract. This is not a desk-based role. You'll be out on site, building relationships, providing practical advice and helping teams deliver work safely and efficiently. This is a Scotland-wide role, with occasional UK travel where required. Here are some of the activities you will be involved in... Carrying out site inspections, audits and behavioural safety observations. Providing professional Health, Safety and Wellbeing advice and support to colleagues at all levels across the business. Advising operational teams, supporting the delivery of safety objectives and promoting best practice. Supporting accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and recommending improvements. Contributing Health & Safety input into tenders, bids and operational planning. Identifying opportunities to improve Health, Safety and Wellbeing systems, processes and performance. Promoting proactive hazard reporting and positive safety behaviours across operational teams. Supporting compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and company procedures. We would love to hear from you if... You have significant experience in a Health & Safety advisory role and enjoy working closely with operational teams to provide practical, solutions-focused support. You'll have a sound working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and its application within a construction, utilities, water or civil engineering environment, together with an understanding of environmental impacts and the importance of health and wellbeing in creating a positive safety culture. You'll be confident influencing and supporting colleagues at all levels, promoting best practice and helping teams meet their legal Health, Safety and Wellbeing responsibilities. A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) is essential, along with Tech IOSH membership (or working towards Graduate IOSH). A full UK driving licence is required, and you'll be flexible to travel across Scotland, with occasional UK travel and flexibility in working hours to support operational requirements. Managing timelines, budgets, risks and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, setting expectations and keeping projects on track. Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. We would love to hear from you, if you can demonstrate... Several years relevant experience in project management, account management or within either a creative, marketing or advertising agency, or an in house marketing or communications team. Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience delivering creative or marketing projects from concept through to completion. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Confidence working with a wide range of colleagues, suppliers and senior stakeholders. A collaborative, positive approach and a passion for improving processes. Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello or similar. Above all, you'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in helping creative teams do their best work. A full and valid UK driving license is essential - Main location is Harefield but there will also be travel throughout the UK.
