Our Senior Estimators work on civil engineering tenders, developing precise and competitive estimates for projects involving earthworks, roads, sewers, drainage, utilities, and reinforced concrete structures. Here are some of the activities you will be involved with: 1. Review tender requirements, focusing on scope of works, attending site visits and collaborating with the Bid and Operational Support Teams, coordinating with Estimating Buyer on material costs and subcontractor quotes. 2. Work closely with the Operations Team & Planner to align resources, productions, programme and construction methodology. 3. Submit technical queries to clients for tender clarity and review client pricing schedules to ensure alignment with scope. 4. Conduct take-offs as needed for Bill of Quantities or Activity Schedules. 5. Prepare estimates for self delivery works and assess subcontractor quotes for specialist works. 6.
