    What you’ll be doing
    As our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll lead the operational delivery of health, safety and fire safety standards across all sites. Your work will keep our people safe, protect our guests, support our managers, and ensure our compliance remains robust, reliable and forward?thinking.

    Running and continuously improving our H&S management system
    Monitoring audits, actions and compliance through our dedicated software

    Conducting inspections, checks and reviews across multiple properties

    Investigating significant incidents, near misses and complaints
    Producing root cause analysis and targeted improvement plans
    Supporting reporting requirements and regulatory notifications

    Leading drills, exercises and scenario?based learning

    What we’re looking for
    - Essential
    A Level 3 qualification in Health & Safety (and willingness to progress to Level 5 if not already held)

    Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills
    A calm, pragmatic approach with outstanding attention to detail- Desirable
    Experience in hospitality or multi?site environments

    Where you’ll be based
    This is a multi?site role across The Celtic Collection and ICC Wales.
