    We have a brand new role at Elite Fine Foods for an experienced Procurement Manager with strong Commercial Acumen and an understanding of Procurement, Tenders and Contract management to join our team and manage relationships with GPO’s, and lead the preparation and submission of Tenders, Commercial Proposals and Contract Negotiations. Location: Remote or Hybrid (Optional), with occasional visits to Elite offices in Newhaven Role Essentials Develop and manage strategic relationships with Group Purchasing Organisations, procurement frameworks, buying groups and contract catering organisations. Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of tenders, commercial proposals and contract negotiations. Manage contract renewals, repricing activities and commercial agreements to protect and grow business performance. Develop and implement retention strategies to protect and grow existing group purchasing and framework business. Deliver agreed revenue, margin and growth objectives across procurement and framework customers. Work collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Operations to ensure successful implementation and delivery of commercial agreements. Secure supplier support and funding opportunities to strengthen commercial propositions and maximise profitability. Monitor market activity, procurement trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth. Produce accurate commercial reporting, forecasts and performance updates for the leadership team. Support the wider business by undertaking any other reasonable tasks, projects or management requests appropriate to the role or level of responsibility.
