The Role: Create memorable guest experiences across all dayparts, from morning coffee to afternoon tea, lunch, and evening cocktails. Deliver exceptional, luxury-standard service that upholds the hotel’s reputation for elegance and refinement. Warmly welcome guests, provide professional beverage guidance, and tailor experiences to individual preferences. Prepare and serve drinks to exacting standards, demonstrating strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and classic cocktails. Contribute creativity and innovation to the cocktail menu, developing new and inspiring drink offerings. Maintain an immaculate, well-stocked, and fully functional bar, ensuring all equipment meets operational standards. Handle cash, charges, and float procedures accurately and in compliance with company policies. Upsell premium products and services through thorough knowledge of hotel offerings and luxury brand standards. Collaborate with colleagues across all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Support other departments when required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive team attitude. Participate in ongoing training to enhance mixology skills and deepen product knowledge. Comply with all hygiene, fire, health, and safety regulations. Bring passion, creativity, and a guest-focused mindset, with a warm and approachable demeanour.
