You’ll deliver an ‘always-on’ plan that drives accuracy, boosts awareness, builds engagement, and ultimately converts audiences into bookings.     compliance, and technical standards while supporting menu development, supplier

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Lead on Food Safety & Compliance


    Own
    all things technical across allergens, nutrition, food safety, and trading
    standards
    Stay
    ahead of legislation and keep key teams in the know
    Run
    product testing programmes that protect our guests and our brands


    Champion Supplier Excellence


    Be
    the technical lead for onboarding new food & drink suppliers
    Build
    and manage supplier audit programmes in line with BTG’s Code of Practice
    Keep
    supplier due-diligence documentation tight — specs, audits, ESG, and more


    Shape Menus We’re Proud To Serve


    Bring
    technical insight to every stage of menu development
    Spot
    risks early, close compliance gaps, and elevate food quality
    Support
    the Banana Tree CPU to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality products


    Be a Key Player in Crisis & Quality Management


    Ensure
    full compliance with food safety, allergens, nutrition, HACCP and trading
    standards
    Investigate
    supplier issues quickly, accurately, and collaboratively
    Act
    as a technical authority during crisis situations and issue resolution
    Partner
    closely with Operations, Risk & Safety and Supply Chain to keep guests
    protected


    Drive Continuous Improvement


    Lead
    projects that boost quality, efficiency, and technical standards
    Scan
    for emerging trends and turn insights into action
    Help
    us stay innovative, resilient, and always guest-first




    What We’re Looking For


    Strong
    technical knowledge across food safety, allergens, nutrition, HACCP and
    trading standards
    Experience
    in Technical, QA or NPD within food manufacturing, hospitality or retail
    Degree
    in Food Science/Food Technology (or equivalent experience)
    Confident
    working with audit systems and supplier approval processes
    Highly
    proficient in MS Office — especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    Proven
    ability to problem-solve, manage issues proactively and support crisis
    situations
    Experience
    working in a fast-paced, multi-brand or multi-site environment
