The RoleAs Operations Manager, you will take full accountability for service delivery across your site(s), ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and in line with customer SLAs, quality standards and business objectives. You will lead and develop operational teams, manage performance and budgets, and act as a key link between senior leadership, colleagues and stakeholders.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
