This is a newly created position for a Marketing Assistant to join a successful music production software company as they continue to grow and release new products used by musicians, DJs and producers.
You'll be working alongside a Marketing Manager to support day to day marketing activities, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver marketing campaigns and content.
It's a varied position, well suited to someone with previous experience in music technology marketing, hands-on experience with music production tools, and a passion for bringing new music technology to professionals and beginners alike.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns
Creating images, videos and social media content
Writing and editing copy and marketing materials
Organising and managing events
Assisting with market research and marketing data analysis
Media outreach
Developing artist partnerships
Identifying licensing opportunities with studios and educators
Requirements
Experience in music technology marketing
Hands-on experience with music production
Detailed understanding of audio production software, DAWs, musician / producer tools and workflow
Strong skills in image and video creation / editing, copywriting, visual / graphic design
Track record driving sales and product success
Experience developing partnerships or licensing agreements with musicians, studios, producers, educators
