The Role As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food and serving alcohol and soft drinks behind the bar. But that's not all - you'll also be hands-on in managing our 24 bowling lanes, 3 escape rooms, 2 karaoke rooms and laser tag, to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. We're all about variety, so you won't be stuck in one spot! You'll be cross-skilled across all departments. Whether you're helping guests at reception, or shaking up drinks behind the bar, every day will bring something new. Bring your efficiency, initiative, and friendly vibes! Exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do - confidence and ease with customers is a must.
