    About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead the commercial and contractual delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects across the London and Greater London region. This is a key strategic role, responsible for ensuring robust contract management, minimising risk, maximising value, and supporting the successful delivery of complex, high-profile schemes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end contract management across major construction and infrastructure projects. Provide expert guidance on NEC, JCT, and other standard forms of contract. Oversee contract negotiation, interpretation, administration, and change control. Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and delivery risks. Manage claims, disputes, and variations in collaboration with legal and commercial teams. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, procurement policies, and governance processes. Prepare and present commercial reports, forecasts, and contract performance updates. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and clients. Support continuous improvement across contract management frameworks and procedures. About You Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Manager within utilities construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure. Strong working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contract suites. Demonstrated ability to lead contract strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management or related field (preferred). Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CICES, ICES) beneficial but not essential.
