We are looking for a Gardener to ensure the external upkeep of the home, maintaining high standards and ensuring the flower beds, grass, pathways are well presented. Gutter cleaning, waste disposal and all basic external home maintenance required, as well as basic internal home maintenance.

Maintenance

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensuring the external upkeep of the home, including: Maintaining flower beds, borders and hanging baskets and watering when necessary; Cutting the grass when necessary; Cleaning drives and pathways to keep clean and tidy from leaves and other items; Gritting and snow clearance during inclement weather; Cleaning of low-level gutters; Maintenance of outdoor furniture; Maintenance of water features, where present; Dealing with the waste disposal in accordance with health & safety and infection control procedures; Basic external home maintenance. Internal Duties and Tasks: Basic internal home maintenance; Moving of home furniture and equipment. Ensure utility meter readings are taken, when requested.
In addition to the above, it would be desirable for the appointed person to be able to stand in for the existing Maintenance Operative when on leave and cover the regulatory compliance checks for the home.
