    Working understanding of mechanical building services such as HVAC, FCUs/AHUs, pumps, valves, plantroom checks and comfort-related fault escalation.

    Experience using CAFM/CMMS systems to receive, update and close work orders with accurate technical notes.

    Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent experience in a relevant trade such as facilities maintenance, building services, plumbing, fabric maintenance, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance or multi-skilled engineering.
