    A very modern, well established and growing manufacturing company who specialize in the Aerospace and Defence Industry are on the lookout for a Warehouse and Purchase Administrator to support the Purchasing Manager and company in the purchase process; tracking metrics to reduce expenses, negotiating deals, and managing suppliers. For the Warehouse duties, this is a hands on role, taking the responsibility of the Goods-in, Goods-out, Stock and General Warehouse duties. Working in a small team, you will be covering a range of work and duties with a strong focus on booking materials and stock in on the system and moving it around and to Production. The role primarily will be data administration, raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers, collaborate with relevant managers and directors in the company.

    Responsibilities:

    Systems maintenance and reporting. Raise and process purchase orders for suppliers (suppliers & sub-contractors). Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers either. Securing good procurement deals. Coordinate with manager to monitor inventory and determine supply needs. Ensuring stock accuracy on ERP, involvement in stock cycle counts. Help prepare weekly / monthly statistics and reporting. Coordinates with fellow team members, managers, and directors. Adhere to the company’s health and safety requirements and complete training as required. Assist in other duties as requested. Requirements:

    You may have experience as an administrator or assistant within purchasing, warehouse or procurement or something similar would be an advantage. 

    Good IT skills, Microsoft Office and Excel. Be organised and able to gather information from key sources to assist with problem solving. Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work. Be able to work effectively and efficiently to meet target deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills, good Maths and English skills. Great customer service, confident telephone skills. Warehouse experience. Movement of stock and goods received Forklift experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be give given. Physically fit, manual handling of materials. Full UK Driving license. Can work independently within a fast-paced environment. Additional benefits:
