    We re currently seeking a Production Operative to join our innovative client based in Warwickshire, working on high-performance automotive R&D projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing team that is moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility later this year.

    About the Role:

    As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in various hands-on manufacturing tasks. You'll be working closely with advanced technologies and components in a collaborative engineering environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assembly and sub-assembly of components
    • Wiring and cable management
    • PCB handling and soldering work
    • Working with laser-based production processes
    • General production support and workshop duties

    What We re Looking For:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or R&D environment
    • Hands-on experience with wiring, soldering, and PCBs
    • Laser equipment experience is beneficial
    • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic

    A well-established Aerospace manufacturing customer of ours are seeking a skilled Welder to join their high-performing team. The organisation specialises in the production of pipe and tube assemblies, ducts, manifolds, fabrications, sub-assemblies, sheet and machined components, and specialist fasteners. Supporting both civil and military aerospace sectors, the company serves OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers with a range of services, including polishing and non-destructive testing for both airframe and engine applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform manual welding of metal pipes, tubing, and components.
    • Set up and calibrate welding equipment to match required program specifications.
    • Carry out orbital welding processes on metal pipes and tubing.
    • Prepare tubes for welding, including ultrasonic cleaning and manual/automatic cutting.

    Requirements:

    • Recognised qualification in welding.
    • Strong organisational skills, with experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
    • Proficient in analysing and applying data to support quality and efficiency improvements.
    • Self-motivated and capable of performing under pressure.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-quality aerospace environment.
    • Prior experience in the aerospace industry is desirable.
