The school is looking for a compassionate team player with proven experience supporting children with complex SEND, including Autism / ASD, SLD, and challenging behaviours.Excellent communication skills are essential, as the successful LSA will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to ensure consistent and effective support.
