    Description :Position Summary: The VP, Advisory and Contract Execution sits within the Global ACE team within TD Securities and is responsible for preparing, negotiating and managing a portfolio of capital markets and trading legal agreements with global counterparties. This client-facing role supports deal origination and execution of ISDA/CSA, with a focus on rates/ commodity/precious metals documentation, while ensuring alignment with legal, risk and regulatory frameworks. The role offers high visibility, opportunity to expand transactional experience across multiple products, and requires managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced global markets environment.Specific Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesLead negotiation of a robust portfolio of capital markets agreements globally across specific trading products, aligning with internal risk, legal, regulatory and governance frameworks to accelerate time to market.Advise clients globally through deal origination, with a focus on corporate, commercial and commodities / precious metals portfolios, structuring and capital markets agreement requirements.Participate in client meetings and calls to provide capital markets legal agreement advisory and guidance.Provide advisory services to the trading floor on trading agreement requirements and implications for new and existing transactions.Lead internal calls with stakeholders and external legal counsel to resolve negotiation issues on capital markets agreements.Prepare and negotiate capital markets agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Regulatory IM documents, Account Control Agreements, Custody Agreements, repo and securities lending agreements, and bespoke documents pertaining to precious and base metal transactions.Liaise and coordinate with Business, Credit, Tax, Legal, Operations, Funding and Valuations, and Collateral Management during origination and negotiation processes.Manage escalations related to capital markets agreements to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to support origination efforts and provide regular day to day desk-head updates.Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation workflows and regulatory compliance.Prepare and deliver reporting on documentation metrics, project status, and issue tracking.Act as a trusted point of contact and advisor for internal stakeholders on all matters related to trading documentation.Required QualificationsLaw degree required.Minimum 6+ years of legal and trading documentation experience.Demonstrated ability to prepare and negotiate capital markets and trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, CSA, repo, metals lease agreements).Client-facing experience and ability to work with trading desks, senior credit officers, external counsel and other internal stakeholders.Strong communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and across global time zones.Preferred Qualifications6-8 years of solid legal, trading documentation, capital markets or related experience.Strong knowledge of derivatives across rates, FX and commodity and metal asset classes.6+ years in a client-facing role.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; high integrity and strong work ethic.Demonstrated management skills and experience delivering results within aggressive timelines.Who We Are TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.     Description :The mandate of the TD Compliance Department is to manage compliance risk across TD globally to align with the policies established and approved by the TD Board of Directors’ Audit and Risk Committees. It is the Compliance Department’s responsibility, as proactive and trusted advisors to Businesses, to drive a consistent, adaptable and effective culture across the organization so that compliance risks are appropriately mitigated. Compliance Department responsibilities generally are to advise, monitor, and escalate.The Compliance Officer is an integral part of the TDS UK Compliance department and will lead and support Core compliance tasks including but not limited to:Own and lead the Compliance reporting process, which includes compiling information from multiple sources and formatting for each unique reporting to local and global governance committees and boards. Manage certain FCA communications including submissions and updating the FCA Connect list.
