About the Business A large, international organisation operating at the intersection of technology, consulting, and digital transformation Global footprint with a diverse, highly skilled workforce Known for its collaborative culture and innovative approach to solving complex client challenges Key Responsibilities You will act as a trusted advisor across a range of employment law matters, including: Providing pragmatic, commercially focused employment law advice to HR and business stakeholders Supporting on contentious and non-contentious employment matters , including disputes, grievances, and disciplinaries Advising on employee relations issues across multiple jurisdictions (primarily UK/EU/EMEA-focused) Drafting and reviewing employment documentation , policies, and contracts Supporting on restructuring, reorganisations, and workforce planning initiatives Partnering closely with People/HR teams and leadership stakeholders to manage risk and deliver solutions Assisting with day-to-day legal queries in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Profile Qualified lawyer with strong employment law experience Prior in-house experience is ideal (secondment or otherwise) Demonstrable ability to operate in a commercial, business-facing capacity Broad, generalist employment law knowledge across contentious and advisory matters Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Available to start immediately Why Apply?
