You’ll play a key role in driving growth by building relationships with new customers across printers, label manufacturers, and trade clients.Initially, the role will be site-based to support training and product knowledge development, with flexibility to work from home longer term. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales activity to achieve growth targetsIdentify and win new business opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with existing customersRespond to enquiries, provide quotes, and follow up leadsConduct outbound sales activity (calls, emails, campaigns)Support and deliver marketing initiatives and campaignsCreate and manage digital content and social media activityAnalyse market trends and competitor activityRepresent the business at trade shows and industry eventsWork closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery About YouWe’re looking for someone ambitious, driven, and eager to grow into a senior role over time.You may come from a print, packaging, labels, or related technical sales background, but we’re also open to candidates from adjacent industries. Key skills &; experience:Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with marketing tools or platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, social media) is advantageousProactive mindset with a desire to progress Training &; DevelopmentYour first 3 months will focus on gaining a deep understanding of the products and manufacturing process, including:Hands-on exposure to productionLearning different die types and usesVisiting customers to see end-product applications Why Join?
