    Job Description

    Job DescriptionOur Customer Services team is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who will work as an integral part of the department by providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers. This role will be blended-working; you’ll work 2 days a week from home and 3 days in our Milton Park, Abingdon UK office. Due to the on-site requirement, we are only considering candidates who are in a close proximity and commutable distance to our office in Oxfordshire.What you'll be doing:Taking ownership of customer queries received via phone, email, KPI’s and Customer First training best practice. Striving to increase customer satisfaction/first time resolution and reduce the need for customers to contact. Take responsibility for the processing of orders, invoices, quotes, in a timely and accurate manner, responding appropriately and swiftly to queries, problems and special requests from customers, accelerating these to team leaders and managers where appropriate.Resolving product or service problems/queries by clarifying customer issues, determining the root cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting corrections/adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.On the back of customer contacts review the customer self-help portals (where they exist) and suggest new content or amendments to the relevant team.Managing day-to-day business processes, liaising with other departments where appropriate.Suggesting amendments to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Maintaining knowledge of department policies, processes, procedures, and systems used, developing an internal network to increase knowledge.Active participation in meetings, expressing your viewpoint but also recognizing and listening to others.Suggesting improvement ideas and assisting with the implementation of those ideas to improve customer satisfaction, increase productivity or reduce costs.Using Salesforce to manage customer contacts and workflow in line with the SOP.Using SAP/Salesforce to manage orders/invoicing.You achieve personal objectives and, work to agreed KPI’s and targets including quality assurance.In addition to the above this role may also be required to help on projects and workload as determined by business needs and the Manager.
    Qualifications

    What we're looking for:Previous Customer Service experience preferred.Experience working to accomplish KPI’s/SLA’s.Able to multi-task and work on multiple systems/programs efficientlyProblem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.Great attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and speed.The ability to work under pressure to deadlines with minimal supervision.A team player, building good working relationships and retaining a positive attitude towards your work and colleagues.Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft ExcelExperience with SAP and Salesforce is preferable.Able to type at least 40 wpm

    We have an exciting and business critical opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Business Planning and Performance division, reporting into the Finance Director Corporate Costs.This role supports the planning and performance of our c.£200m indirect cost base. You will be integral in supporting the business to provide clear and robust cost reporting and return on investment metrics. You will be responsible for generating executive level insights by applying a financial lens to business decisions and assessing cost opportunities and risks by closely partnering with T&F senior management. The role has a particular focus on staff costs, supporting the HR team to provide clear and robust FTE reporting and employee productivity metrics.As the Finance Business Partner you will:Partner with the business and T&F finance to design, develop and report on indirect cost and ROI metricsSupport HR and senior management to report on FTE and employee productivity metricsMaintain the appropriate review and reporting mechanisms for indirect costs to ensure tight cost control and risk and opportunities are identified and shared with the relevant stakeholdersEnsure that the business clearly understands their budget headcount and all recruitment is in line with planWork closely with business stakeholders and finance to deliver the annual planning cycle (budget, 3YP, forecasts) with high-quality accurate cost and FTE forecastingSupport with building business cases for indirect cost projects/ investments, tracking spend and reporting on ROI, in particular HR projects/FTE investmentsProvide insight and analysis to support the business with understanding cost drivers and performance against budgetBuild scenario models to evaluate the impact of headcount changes, cost of living and career pathway adjustmentsWork closely with the Financial Control team to ensure the correct treatment is being followed for the accounting of indirect costs, including the capitalisation of IT staff costs, bonus and holiday provisioning and changes in payroll taxation rules and regulationsWork closely with the Operations teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of payroll and FTE dataLead on the design and development of automated cost and FTE reporting, including PowerBI dashboards and integration with HR Information SystemsProactively identify potential areas for cost rationalisationSupport tender processes to ensure financial impacts are fully understood and evaluatedProactively seek opportunities to automate processes and to drive process improvementsBe the principal point of contact for the HR leadership team for finance queries – building strong networks across the business and in all geographiesProvide insight, analysis and reporting on other areas of indirect cost as required by the Finance Director – Corporate Costs
    Qualifications

    QualificationsA Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) is essential to success in this role.Significant post qualified experience in financial reporting / forecasting / budgeting / business partneringDemonstrable SAP and Planning Analytics (TM1) user experience is essential with experience of bespoke HR systems and PowerBI a benefitComfortable manipulating large data sets and visualising complex financial information to non finance stakeholdersTechnical awareness of industry and developments in payroll and employment law that may affect staff cost, experience partnering with HR teams preferred but not essentialStrong data literacy and stewardship techniques are essentialStrong MS skillset, especially Excel and PowerpointAttention to detail is essentialFinancial modelling skills are essentialExcellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationshipsA high level of numerical and analytical capability with a strong eye for detailExperience working in a fast-paced, high growth, technology focused organisationAbility to manage workload in challenging and busy environment.
