Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Implement SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic query solutions to support business requirements. Write high-quality unit tests and maintain strong code coverage standards. Support CI/CD processes, Salesforce DX implementation, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and platform issues. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience Strong experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Design System. Experience designing and implementing Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions. Strong Salesforce administration, configuration, implementation, and development experience. Experience delivering large-scale Experience Cloud implementations. Expertise in Salesforce customisation, security models, workflow approvals, validation rules, and data management. Strong Apex development experience, including classes, controllers, triggers, Visualforce pages, and web services.
