Estimator
to join on a
3-month contract
basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong infrastructure background who can confidently manage small to medium-sized tenders, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective bid submissions.
? Role Responsibilities Lead the estimating process for small/medium infrastructure bids. Analyse drawings and specifications to create accurate costing sheets. Ensure full compliance with pre-construction processes and company procedures. Review and interpret tender documents and submission requirements. Collaborate with planning and engineering teams to define methods, outputs, and plant selections. Review and analyse subcontractor submissions in detail.

What You'll Need Experience in estimating for
infrastructure projects
with a
main contractor . Background in estimating, commercial, or operational roles. Excellent financial and analytical skills. Strong IT skills (Excel, Word). Experience with
Candy Estimating Software
(preferred but not essential). Tunnel project or Highways project experience preffered. Working towards or holding a professional membership (ICE, CICES, RICS, CIOB) is a bonus.
