This strategic initiative will transform how clients access products and services, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality onboarding experience.Based in London and working closely with an international team, the Business Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the roadmap, aligning diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery from concept through go-live and post-production support. Main Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the end-to-end business analysis roadmap for the automated client onboarding portal.Engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including:Developers and solution architectsTraders and front-office teamsHeads of FX, Commodities, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Regulatory teamsUX/UI designers, QA, and testing teamsElicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Translate regulatory, compliance, and security requirements into clear, actionable specifications.Collaborate closely with development teams to support design, build, testing, debugging, and implementation.Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and regulatory obligations.Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch support, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.Drive continuous improvement to enhance client experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.Ensure clients are provided with secure, seamless access to all available products and services in one unified platform. Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, ideally in e-trading & FX Investment Banking.Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory and compliance frameworks.Experience working on digital platforms, automation, or client-facing portals.Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments at varying levels of seniority.Excellent documentation skills (business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria).Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.Experience working with international or distributed teams.
