    Are you a qualified finance leader who enjoys combining strong financial control with commercial insight? At Taiko, the largest business unit within the Wonderfield Group, we're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting our continued growth across the UK and Europe.
    This is a high-impact position where you'll take ownership of the Taiko trial balance, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and provide the governance, controls and insights needed to support a fast-paced manufacturing business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement and Manufacturing, helping drive informed business decisions and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:• Owning the Taiko trial balance and maintaining a strong financial control environment.
    • Leading accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Overseeing management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions and financial reporting.
    • Taking ownership of key areas including inventory, cost of sales, manufacturing variances, fixed assets, intercompany balances and cashflow forecasting.
    • Acting as the main contact for external audits, JSOX activity and statutory reporting requirements.
    • Identifying and mitigating financial risks while ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and Group policies.
    • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Management Accountants and finance professionals.
    • Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
    What we're looking for
    • ACA qualified.
    • At least 4 years' post-qualified experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
    • Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
    • Strong technical accounting knowledge with expertise in financial reporting, controls and statutory compliance.
    • Experience leading audits, month-end processes and finance teams.
    • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The HGV Driver is responsible for transporting Taiko products safely, legally and efficiently between manufacturing sites, suppliers, distribution centres and customers while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, customer service and compliance.The successful candidate will ensure all deliveries are completed on time, vehicles remain roadworthy and all transport legislation, company procedures and health & safety standards are followed at all times. Responsibilities include:* Safely transport chilled and frozen food products to customers and company locations.

About you Are you a qualified finance leader who enjoys combining strong financial control with commercial insight? At Taiko, the largest business unit within the Wonderfield Group, we're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting our continued growth across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact position where you'll take ownership of the Taiko trial balance, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and provide the governance, controls and insights needed to support a fast-paced manufacturing business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement and Manufacturing, helping drive informed business decisions and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Owning the Taiko trial balance and maintaining a strong financial control environment. • Leading accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes. • Overseeing management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions and financial reporting. • Taking ownership of key areas including inventory, cost of sales, manufacturing variances, fixed assets, intercompany balances and cashflow forecasting. • Acting as the main contact for external audits, JSOX activity and statutory reporting requirements. • Identifying and mitigating financial risks while ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and Group policies. • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Management Accountants and finance professionals. • Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements. What we're looking for • ACA qualified. • At least 4 years' post-qualified experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar senior finance role. • Manufacturing experience is highly desirable. • Strong technical accounting knowledge with expertise in financial reporting, controls and statutory compliance. • Experience leading audits, month-end processes and finance teams. • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Commercially minded, analytical and passionate about continuous improvement.
