    Taboola is looking for a driven and ambitious Team Lead to join our Global Growth Advertiser Sales team, focusing on the Spanish & Italian markets.     To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Native or professional fluency in Spanish, Plus English professional proficiency A passion for sales and a hunger to close deals 4+ years’ experience in sales, ideally in digital media, with proven achievements and leadership skills Strong experience structuring and negotiating deals A genuine interest in online content and relationship-building Analytical skills to turn client conversations and data trends into business insights Solid technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn campaign tools for effective optimisation Strong prioritisation skills to manage competing demands while hitting objectives Excellent communication skills in Spanish (Italian as a nice-to-have)
