Design custom travel itineraries for global destinations, including flights, resorts, cruises, tours, and experiential add-ons.
Research destinations, travel requirements, and supplier options to offer clients accurate, up-to-date recommendations.
Manage trip planning from inquiry to departure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable client experience.
Build strong relationships with travel partners and maintain awareness of current travel trends.
Communicate with clients via email, phone, or virtual meetings to gather preferences and deliver personalized travel solutions.
Use booking platforms and supplier portals to finalize reservations.
Maintain organized records, confirmations, and follow-up schedules.
Attend optional trainings, webinars, and destination sessions to strengthen your expertise. Requirements
