    We're seeking a passionate Gym & Health Club Manager to lead our Health Club and Gym Centre at Theobald's Hotel, as we embark on our journey to be the 'UK’s leading destination for holistic health,
    performance, and longevity' -  where modern bio-optimisation meets mindful

You should be comfortable setting up operations from scratch- putting your stamp on things- creating and evolving processes as the business grows.The Gym & Health Club Manager will ensure that the Hotel's gym provides exceptional Customer Service to all guests and members, ensuring that quality standards are maintained whilst achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.  The Gym & Health Club Manager leads the Health Club team, including leisure and fitness team; ensuring the facilities are maintained in great condition and available to our guests and members. With the Hotel & stunning grounds under full re-development,  relaunching and regenerating the leisure facilities in full- it's an exciting time to join the hotel to lead the Gym & Health Club; - 'Ownership with Personality'!The main duties of our Gym & Health Club Manager Role include:• Ensure the gym and all
    training areas deliver the agreed standards and operating procedures at all
    times.

    • Strong leadership on
    the gym floor, motivating and supporting members to achieve their fitness
    goals.

    • Design, implement, and
    oversee the Small Group Training / Classes programme, ensuring a structured and
    progressive training system.

    • Design, Deliver and manage a set
    number of Small Group Training/Classes programme or Personal Training sessions each week ensuring progressive trainining and engaging members.

    • Lead and develop the
    coaching team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all sessions.

    • Create and manage team rotas to meet the needs of the business.

    • Actively increase and manage member
    onboarding, assessments, and progress reviews.

    · Develop
    and execute marketing campaigns, social media content, referral programmes, and
