And that’s where you come in.Why This Role ExistsWe have strong consumer traction.We have a product dentists genuinely like.We have inbound interest.But we don’t have a dedicated owner of the channel.That means:Missed partnershipsMissed conference opportunitiesMissed credibility-building momentsMissed B2B revenueWe believe professional endorsement is a powerful growth flywheel:Credibility → Recommendation → Conversion → Brand authority.This role builds that flywheel from scratch.The RoleWe’re hiring a commercially-driven builder to create and scale SURI’s dental B2B engine.This is not a coordination role. This is not a “manage agencies” role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out, build-the-machine role.You will:Build and optimise our B2B demand engine (lead → nurture → conversion)Turn events into measurable pipeline and partnershipsGrow a high-value community of dental professionalsStrengthen SURI’s performance credibility within the professionDrive meaningful B2B revenue growthYou’ll sit at the intersection of brand, growth and partnerships — with clear commercial accountability.What You’ll Own1. Build the B2B Demand EngineDevelop SURI’s professional marketing strategy — from digital content to in-practice assets and CPD-style educational materialsBuild simple but effective CRM-led ABM style lead generation campaigns Ensure all professional marketing follows regulatory, ethical, and claims-compliance requirementsCreate compliant, evidence-based professional materialsTurn interest into trackable revenue contribution You’re responsible for pipeline, not just activity.2. Drive Event-Led Revenue GrowthPlan SURI’s presence & represent the brand at dental conferences, trade shows, and educational events to turn events into measurable pipeline and partnership opportunitiesCoordinate sampling, product-education, and in-practice trialsManage ambassador or early-adopter programmes for dental professionalsBuild relationships with KOLs, dental educators, practice groups, and influencers No vanity metrics.     We’re looking for a copywriter who can write ads people actually want to watch — and then make them convert. You’ll craft compelling scripts and punchy copy across multiple channels, with a focus on premium storytelling, clarity, and performance.This is a creative role, but not a “just write the lines” role.
