    We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join Fuller’s and take ownership of maintaining our Support Centre and our wider property estate, including pubs, hotels, and unlicensed sites. This is a key leadership role at the heart of our operation.Essential requirement; Strong multi-site FM experience in hospitality or retail and a passion for delivering outstanding internal customer service.
    About the RoleAs Facilities Manager, you’ll lead both our Estates Help Desk and Reception team, ensuring our internal colleagues receive a consistently professional, responsive, and solution-focused service. You will Manage the reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance, and building standards across the estate, helping us create safe, compliant, and well-presented sites.You’ll work closely with our General Managers, Support Centre teams, Surveyors, suppliers, contractors, and senior leaders - so we’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, communicate confidently, and champion a service-led approach to facilities management.What You’ll Be DoingOverseeing all reactive and planned maintenance to ensure sites remain fully operational at all timesLeading and developing the Estates Help Desk to deliver exceptional customer serviceManaging the Support Centre Reception team to provide a welcoming and professional workplace experienceEnsuring full statutory and H&S compliance across the estateManaging contractor relationships, performance, safety and value for moneyUsing systems such as Access Maintain ( Pronett ) to raise orders, track and analyse activityControlling all maintenance budgets and balancing operational needs with long-term cost efficiencyWorking collaboratively with operational and Support Centre teams to deliver a safe and high-performing estate
    About YouWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Facilities management experience in multi-site hospitality, retail, or leisureA strong customer-service mindset - you enjoy solving problems and responding proactively to colleaguesExperience leading FM teams and driving a high-performance service cultureExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demandsStrong commercial awareness and experience managing budgetsSolid knowledge of property legislation, compliance requirements, and safety standardsExperience with M&E systems (kitchen maintenance experience is a bonus)

    Therefore, we’re seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our central team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead. You’ll lead Fuller’s CRM and social media channels - enhancing customer relationships, boosting digital presence, and supporting site teams. This is a great opportunity for a data-led marketer to shape our email and social communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities include:
    CRM & Email MarketingLead end-to-end CRM campaigns including planning, testing, and reporting.Optimise customer journeys and automation to boost engagement and loyalty.Manage CRM platforms (Acteol/Atreemo) and deliver performance insights.
    Social MediaOversee organic social content across Fuller’s and sub-brands, ensuring brand consistency.Create and manage content calendars, aligning with broader marketing goals.Support and train local teams to improve social media quality and engagement.
    Campaign & CollaborationDeliver integrated digital campaigns across CRM, social, paid media, and web.Partner with Operations and pub teams to activate central strategies locally.Monitor trends and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to the team.
    The ideal applicant will have:Demonstrable experience managing CRM campaigns and/or brand social media accounts.Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and reportingExperience briefing and producing creative assets for digital campaignsStrong Excel/analytics skills.Hospitality or retail experience.
