About the role Here at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive based in our Hayes location This role will be working a 37.5 hour week, but we are very flexible with regards to start and finish times to fit in with your schedule.
What will I be doing? As part of our dedicated Regional Field Sales Team, you will play a key role in securing new business for SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. This is an exciting opportunity to use your sales expertise in a purpose‑led industry, helping organisations transition towards more sustainable waste and recycling solutions. Day to day, you’ll be out in your local area building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering a tailored Total Waste Solution. Your work will directly support our targets for sales performance, revenue growth, and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will include: Securing profitable new business proactively and reactively within your area to meet sales and revenue targets. Building strong relationships with customers and presenting effective, sustainable waste solutions. Creating sales plans, delivering presentations, negotiating confidently at all levels, and supporting the wider Field Sales team. Promoting recycling‑led services and helping customers understand the benefits of resource‑efficient waste solutions. What are the requirements? You will bring: A proven track record in Sales, with the drive to achieve and exceed targets. IT literacy and confidence using CRM or digital reporting systems. The ability to create sales plans, present persuasively, and negotiate effectively at all levels. A collaborative approach and the ability to work creatively and effectively within a wider Field Sales team.
