Description Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist professional services organisation who supply their services to the media and entertainment industry. Based from their prestigious offices in the S11 area of Sheffield, as Office Manager you will be responsible for overall day to day running of the office. Responsibilities include; Overseeing Stationery Orders, approving stationery orders; cross checking delivery notes with invoices
Facilities management (Cleaning and Repairs)
Overseeing Health & Safety & Fire Safety compliance
IT management: managing server, printer and software issues – liaising with appropriate contacts to maintain the IT function including various Finance systems.
Maintaining and renewing supplier contracts
Managing HR records including personnel records, sickness, annual leave, calculate holiday allocation etc.
New staff onboarding: Issue key company policies and notices, onboarding onto IT systems, liaising with IT for equipment set up and log ins etc.
Exiting staff; processing leavers documents, liaising with IT for system access removal etc.
Social media: update Instagram account with client news
Adhoc Practice Manager cover where necessary, managing inbox and general support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, forward thinking organisation. Applicants must have proven office/administration management experience, ideally gained within the professional services sector (legal/accountancy/surveying etc)
