In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products, across categories such as Apparel, Toys, Electronics, Packaging, Food Contact Materials, and Labelling, are compliant with applicable regulations and standards.  Key responsibilities: Understanding of EU and global legislation and compliance. Reach out to regulatory bodies including Intertek and SGS. Manage the roadmap for each product sourced and sold. Review product testing reports. Conducting risk assessments to ensure products sourced and sold meet all relevant compliance requirements. Creating and maintaining Declarations of Conformity, updating them in line with changes to product legislation. Guiding, training, and updating the wider business on compliance matters, and maintaining a compliance roadmap to prepare the business for upcoming regulatory changes. Arranging product testing in accordance with relevant standards & collaborating with quality teams to manage relationships with third-party compliance partners.
