Handle group travel bookings from enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently and accurately. Liaise with clients and suppliers to tailor itineraries and meet specific group requirements. Negotiate contracts, availability and rates with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes. Ensure all quotations are delivered within agreed deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Keep up to date with hotel products, destinations and travel trends across the UK and Europe to provide expert recommendations.
