Your Story Were looking for a Head of Production to join our team in the North East region. The Head of Production is responsible for all site-based activity. The role will involve developing a Construction Management Plan for each live project to effectively communicate how the project is to be delivered by the Production team whilst ensuring that all site-based activity complies with current HSE legislation and internal HSE Policy requirements. The postholder will ensure all production activity is effectively project managed through regular site/meetings you will plan, monitor and manage time/cost/quality/risk related activities and address/resolve queries and variations. They will drive and maintain a culture of high customer satisfaction by complying with Planning requirements, Building Regulations and NHBC Warranty standards. We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of the house building industry and build process. Someone with significant knowledge and experience in health and safety requirements and standards, with experience in leadership, management and development of teams and individuals. The post holder with be responsible for delivering best value engineering strategy and design information to enable site start dates in line with the business plan and support the Production team in the delivery of high-quality engineering components throughout the Production and Site closure Stages. We are looking for someone with working knowledge of the house building industry and experience of multi-site working. You should have excellent attention to detail and communication skills and be commercially aware. You should also be fluent in AutoCAD and MS Office.
