Up to £55,000 | 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Healthcare, Pension, Phone Laptop We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant to work closely with Senior Finance Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operational teams, you will provide insight into revenue, gross margin, project performance, and cashflow, helping drive informed decision-making and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Analyse revenue, gross margin, and project performance. Support Cost to Complete (CTC), forecasting, and cashflow reporting. Partner with operational managers to explain variances and provide commercial insight. Monitor WIP, debtors, invoicing, and revenue recognition in line with FRS 102. Produce forecasts, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting. Support process improvements and business transformation initiatives. About You ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/finalist. Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or a similar role. Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. SQL and macro experience desirable. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across operational and commercial teams.
