Offer customers and visitors refreshments. Encourage customers to engage with the products and services in a relaxed environment. Handle basic product queries using supporting information, providing our customers with confidence that they are receiving a professional service. Ensure the customer experience is personalised and efficient. Maintain and coordinate the showroom environment and ambience and ensure the showroom is clean and tidy in accordance with operational guidelines. Handle inbound telephone calls and direct them to the relevant colleague or department. Work with the showroom team to support promotions and events, ensuring brochures are up to date and in the right places. Maintain accurate customer records, keeping them up to date. As a fully embedded member of the team, you will ensure sales opportunities are handed over seamlessly to our sales colleagues. Attend training and meetings as and when required to ensure your continuous development and gain specialist product knowledge.About you… You will be a strong team player and comfortable working with others. You will have strong influencing skills with the ability to build relationships as well as being empathetic, confident, engaging and pleasant. You will be customer focused and enjoy providing excellent service to our customers and meeting their needs. You will be organised, professional and efficient under pressure. You will have a full UK driving licence, good IT skills, administrative skills, and a good level of general education, ideally GCSE English and Maths. You will have previous relevant experience working in a customer-facing role preferably within the automotive industry.
