The opportunity is within our International and Cross Border team (ICB). The ICB team offers advice to UK nationals with assets overseas and overseas nationals with assets in the UK. Key responsibilities General duties include, but are not limited to: Effectively managing an individual caseload (with supervision where appropriate); Attending to clients of the firm in the office or elsewhere if needed; Working in a collegiate and collaborative way within an immediate team and wider Firm environment. RequirementsEssential Extensive experience working as a solicitor in trusts and estates, with some exposure to cross-border matters. Specialist cross-border knowledge is preferable, however, training will be provided.Desirable Experience in the supervision and development of other team members. Experience dealing with HNW cross border matters.
