    As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing our organic social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You will define and execute a clear social strategy, combining creative storytelling with data-driven optimisation to increase reach, engagement, and community impact.You will act as the in-house expert on social platforms — understanding formats, algorithms, and audience behaviour — while continuously testing new ideas, formats, and content approaches. This role blends strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure social is embedded across all key initiatives.You will also play a key role in building and scaling our employee advocacy programme, enabling teams and leaders to actively contribute to our social presence and amplify key messages.More specifically, you will:Own and define the organic social strategy, including tone of voice, content direction, and success metricsDrive growth in reach and engagement through continuous testing, experimentation, and optimisationBuild and execute organic social plans aligned with broader company initiatives (e.g. campaigns, events, product launches)Lead and manage social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTubeAct as the internal expert on platform best practices, formats, and algorithm changesDevelop and evolve video and long-form content strategies, especially for YouTubeTest new content formats, storytelling approaches, and creative concepts with clear hypotheses and learningsEnsure content strategies align with broader SEO / AEO and digital goalsCreate engaging content and activation plans that encourage employee involvementPartner with leadership and teams to amplify campaigns, launches, and thought leadershipEducate and enable internal teams on social media best practices and personal brandingDevelop social-first creative ideas, content series, and storytelling formats beyond static postsMaintain high creative standards while ensuring content remains agile and platform-nativeCollaborate closely with Campaigns, Paid Media, PR, Content, and People & Culture teamsThis is your teamYou will join a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team working across campaigns, content, paid media, and brand.     We are searching for a creative and strategic social media professional who thrives on building engaging content and growing communities. You bring both a strong point of view on social and the ability to translate ideas into high-performing content.You are hands-on, curious, and comfortable experimenting — balancing creativity with performance, brand consistency, and business goals. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and know how to bring others along in building a strong social presence.Moreover, you:Have 5+ years of experience in organic social media roles with ownership of strategy and executionHave strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Instagram, ideally within B2B environmentsHave experience building or scaling employee advocacy programmesBring a creative mindset and are comfortable challenging briefs and exploring new approachesHave strong stakeholder management skills and can balance creative ideas with business objectivesHave excellent writing skills and a strong instinct for social storytellingHave experience creating content, with video production considered a plusStay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formatsAre comfortable experimenting, learning from results, and iterating quicklyBalance creativity with commercial awareness and brand responsibilityAre a collaborative team player who can connect initiatives across teamsWe offer
