    PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION : Property Manager LOCATION : Commutable from Beverley , Willerby , Cottingham , Hull , Barton , Brough SALARY: Starting at £30k THE ROLE : Due to their continued growth our client are looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their busy team. The role not only comes with responsibility for managing the existing portfolio of residential properties but also includes the growth of the department by increasing the market share, listing new properties and creating great relationships with landlords and tenants. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Residential Lettings Agent / Estate Agent / Property Manager or similar role is required. The working hours are 9-5 Mon to Fri + alternate Sats 9-12 ( an afternoon off is given in Lieu) Candidates must have a driving licence with access to a vehicle. Free parking is available.   • RISK AND PERFORMANCE MANAGER POSITION : Risk and Performance Manager LOCATION : Commutable from Birmingham, Kidderminster, Coventry , Worcester, Leicester, Stratford, Stafford, Telford SALARY AND BENEFITS : £43,080 , excellent pension (13% employer / 5% employee) generous holidays THE ROLE : This is an exciting opportunity to join our Public Sector client in a newly created role for a Risk and Performance Manager in relation to the management and assurance of Hard FM services across a large and varied estate. This is a hybrid role that will involve working in the office 3 days. Candidates also need to be aware that there will be occasional travel with a small number of nights away being likely each month. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR : The Risk and Performance Manager will work with the Estates Teams and industry partners to identify service delivery risks, and to implement and coordinate assurance activities. Leading on the coordination of all performance related activities, providing information and advice on all aspects of industry partner performance, including the Quarterly Performance Report. Monitoring trends in performance and where industry partner performance is less than satisfactory and supporting stakeholders to address poor performance, including monitoring progress against rectification plans. The Risk and Performance Manager will work with the Hard FM industry partners and Estates Teams to monitor customer satisfaction. The Risk and Performance Manager will act as the focal point on all Hard FM assurance matters. The postholder is responsible for the provision of advice to Estates Teams on the interpretation and implementation of Practitioner Guide Estate Management 02 (EM02). Working with the Estates Teams and Industry partners on the development of the annual joint assurance programme, coordinating all associated activity and analysing the outcomes of the programme. The role is to assure that technical standards are maintained for all Core and Billable works delivered by the industry partners as part of multi-million pound Facilities Management contract. You will work collaboratively with the Facilities Management industry partners to deliver a technically compliant estate, formulating approaches and plans to continually improve compliance. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING : Previous experience of providing technical advice on construction / property / facilities management projects from a building / construction perspective Experience of providing technical advice and guidance on both statutory and mandatory estate compliance from a building / construction / property perspective The ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at a technical level, providing clear and accurate guidance Membership of a relevant professional body such as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Institution of Engineering and Technology ( IET) Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) would be desirable.
