    We are currently working with a well-established main contractor specialising in commercial fit-out and refurbishment, who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Kent.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven QS with at least 4 years’ experience to join a reputable business delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, education, and public sectors.
    The Role
    As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
    Key Responsibilities Managing project costs from inception to completionPreparing and managing CVRs, valuations, and final accountsProcurement and management of subcontractorsContract administration (JCT focus)Managing variations, claims, and cost reportingSupporting project teams to ensure commercial success
