Oversee daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
Allocate work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues promptly
Liaise with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain smooth repair processes
Promote a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Commitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering high-quality work
