Youâll lead end-to-end design for a defined product area, turning complex problems into elegant, user-centred solutions that deliver measurable business impact.Youâll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations - ensuring design decisions are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and commercial realities such as revenue, retention, and efficiency.As a leader, youâll coach and mentor other designers, raise standards across the team, and champion best practice in research, prototyping, and service design. Youâll also lead the evolution of our design system, driving adoption across teams and ensuring consistency and quality. Youâll embed AI across workflows, identifying where it can enhance research, prototyping, or decision-making, integrating AI tools effectively, and guiding the team to use them responsibly.
